This side event will honor the progress since the 2011 Political Declaration on NCDs; as well as, recognizing the unfinished work as global attention shifts to Universal Health Coverage (UHC).  The breakfast will celebrate individuals who have dedicated their careers to advancing global and national NCD agendas, especially as they relate to the prevention, treatment, care, palliation, and support of children, adolescents, and young people.
