The NCD Child Young Leaders Program (YLP) is a two year long program that equips and supports young advocates (19-30 years old) to be leaders of change within their spheres and to sustain a strong youth voice in the NCD landscape.

Meaningful youth participation and leadership in policy, programs and governance is vital. It is an integral part in promoting equity in the global action to protect and support young people living with or at risk of NCDs and to ensure that their needs are addressed.

The Young Leaders Program provides participants with the necessary skills, insights and opportunities to become better leaders and advocates in international NCD policy-making, championing the rights and well-being of children, adolescents and young people globally.

The Program Focuses on Four Components
